Great page. O God can I relate with one exception. I have
had asthma since I was around three or four. Of course the
doctors would not diagnose me until a few years later. With
me its laughing to hard, running in the cold air, crying,
getting excited. I also have horrible allergies. I live in
Texas so you can just imagine. anyway you have inspired me
to write about my experiences thank you Michelle.

I am a fellow Denizen,
as well as asthma sufferer.
You are very fortunate to have made it
as long as you did before having trouble.
I began on theo when I was very small.
(Don't remember ever NOT being on it!
Countless nights as a child fearing if
I fell asleep I would surely die,
because I was struggling so hard to breathe.
This year I started on Singulair and LOVE it!
Nothing else to take but my inhaler goes everywhere!
I hear you are under the weather.
Keep it mind it is only temporary
and lots of us want you back online "playing"!

I just wanted to say, "Thanks for all the the taken to
create such a wonderful and educational site". My
nephew suffers from asthma too and often I can see him
struggling to get air knowing there is nothing I can do to
help him. His is not as bad as your case yet, but with the
help of an inhaler, watching and monitoring his activities
he suffers very little, but still that is too much for
someone you love dearly. Stll, Thanks for making others
aware of this condition and its effects.
I heard you were not feeling well and thus, the reason
for my visit. I'm a member of the "Den"...You know
Miskers, LOL. Thats how I heard that you were not feeling
well, so I just wanted to stop by and say, "Hope your
feeling better real soon". I'm online a lot, so anytime
you need to talk or just need a friend......YELL !! ROFL
Thanks again for allowing others to understand asthma a
little clearer.....I know I do now !!

Very interesting page. Could definitely relate to a lot of
the things mentioned. I myself have been an asthma sufferer
since the age of 1. I, a 27 year oldunfortunately, never out
grew it. I'm still trying to control it and feel that I
cannot go anywhere without my asthma rescue inhaler. I'm
also trying to lose weight, because I definitely have
noticed that my asthma has gotten worse since I started
gaining weight about 6 years ago. I'm coping and hopeful
that I'll win somehow.

asthma which I didn't get until I moved to the UK from NZ.

You have done an absolutely incredible job on your site. I
have had asthma for almost 40 years now and all the goodies
