On
September 11, 2001, America lost a group of incredibly valuable
individuals who became casualties of the war declared on us by a
group of people who have no heart and no soul. That day,
we were attacked by the worse disease the world will ever
suffer; terrorism.
We
did not only lose people but lost the sense of security,
serenity, happiness, peace and prosperity we took for
granted. The act of terrorism is to strike terror, nothing
else but pure terror, and even though our hearts are broken, we
have a very high sense of patriotism and we are willing to do
what it takes to bring Usama Ben Ladin (spelling
of the name gotten from the FBI 10 most wanted)
and all his allies to justice. That justice may be a war,
or years of pursuing individuals to bring them to trial.
Declaring war on terrorism and the countries that support it, is
the greatest degree of ethics we can impose on those who
perpetrate these uncalled for acts of inhumanity.
Even
though the signs have been there for a while, we were unable to
have intelligence find out about this attack in the making
despite the 30 billion dollars a year intelligence
receives. But there were not only those signs, we just had
to look at the way they treat their people, especially women.
My
heart goes to every American whose heart is sadden by the events
of September 11, to all those families who lost loved ones, to
the heroes that lost their lives when the buildings collapsed,
to the heroes who are still fighting and have the hope to find
survivors and to every person who lost their lives on that
dreadful day.
We
will recover, we will continue to be united and we will bring
justice to the terrorist. Make no mistake, we are
survivors and we will conquer terrorism.
With
all my love and respect.
